IQL is the label of quality for ICA Online, that every ICA consultant acknowledges and agrees to live by in order to provide customers with a professional and transparent service, in line with the ICA Online Credo and the needs of customers.
ICA Online has deliberately chosen to create a behavioural and ethical code, both personal and shared and with the goal of personally guarantee the quality of services offered by consultants belonging to the platform.
This method of verification comes from the need to provide a clear and transparent work method and professional objectives that all consultants must know and make their own, this is necessary to be a valued asset to ICA online and to provide the customer with a tool that allows him to measure and manifest his level of satisfaction regarding any service received.
