Since the idea is the use of a platform as flexible and accessible as possible, ICA Online doe snot have any actual physical structure (no reps office, branches, subsidiaries etc..), everything is virtually available on the web, easily approachable and opened 24 hours a day.

You can find all the necessary phone numbers, live help, ticket support, email addresses as well as  anything else you may need to communicate instantly with ICA, without any extra travel expenses, directly form from your own home.

To us, virtual means lowering the overhead costs, reducing the energetic impact and saving resources , while online means to be always present, with a real-life face, voice and tangible support.

We want to share new ideas, re-think free-lancing, giving more freedom to each professional, may they be secretaries, tax-consultants, CPAs, lawyers, P.R. experts, translators, copyeditors or generally speaking. any freelance people,

Imagine a secretary or a consultant working every day, comfortably from her/his favourite location from his/her own home, from the beach...Absolutely free to organize time and workload, without the burden of having to waste time stuck in traffic or on a crowded and unbearable commuters train/subway.

To us, the very idea of this newly found freedom is the incentive to believe in our project, to break free from the conventional corporate world, to give us the opportunity to be creative to the full possible extent.

Overall, it is simply a matter of freedom, and yet it does not sound like a detail to be overlooked !

ICA Online is not meant to be a categorization, nor a bar or a register : it is not the community that makes the person but the extreme opposite. At ICA Online, people are individuals with their pros and cons, their qualities and defects, with a human face.

This is the reason why we do not offer ready-made packages and/or kits : every service is to be chosen, as well as the person behind it and who will handle the job.

The union of these individuals is the very concept, the very idea and its finalization. ICA Online is the container of the individualities who create and fulfil it, the expression of a shared attempt to improve personal work expectations, to create a dream job for oneself, to set up a personalized and ideal working environment .

The possibility to chose our own working utopia, whichever it may be, even merely the working-space, is an ambitious project, but in the end, we do believe it is definitely worth trying !
