What is the Pro Bono Program?
It is a program meant to allow the individual development by sharing experiences and knowledge with the goal of improving the global quality of the services offered by the members.
The Pro Bono System is the way in which ICA imagines the stage or practice enabling professionals to get a reward for their time.
Pro Bono means non lucrative, in this case, is an activity to spread the knowledge and improve the own competences and those of the colleagues.
As an example, an accounting expert who wants to learn a foreign language can enjoy the service given by an expert mother tongue colleague. As an exchange the accounting expert may offer his/her services to those members who may need them.
Every time a professional gives his own time for free to a colleague, gets point earning –in this way- credits which may be used to ask for a free service given by a colleague.
On the other hand, those who get free consultancy are point debtors which may give back by offering free consultancy to the colleagues.
How can they be used
The points can only be used at the inside of the system to get free consultancy and development.
